Mercedes-Benz owners around Dandenong come to Aussie Tune for one reason: dealership-level care without the dealership price-tag. We're an independent Mercedes specialist in Keysborough, just minutes away from you, handling Service A and Service B logbook servicing, diagnostics and repairs under a minimum 12 month, 25,000km parts warranty. We also regularly service the surrounding suburbs including Hallam, Springvale, Mordialloc and Noble Park. Book online or give us a call, no dealership markup attached.

Being a genuine Mercedes-Benz specialist means going beyond routine oil changes.
Owner Nigel backs that up with two trips to the US for hands-on training, Texas for vehicle electronics, Boston for hybrid systems, a standard carried through to every technician on the floor. We'll always explain what your car needs, and why, before any work begins.
You'll find us at 54 Kirkham Rd W, Keysborough, a short trip from Dandenong and the wider South-East. Over 100 Google reviews from Melbourne locals speak to the standard we hold every Mercedes-Benz to.
As the kilometres add up, there are a few issues that typically present in Mercedes-Benz models. Oil leaks from ageing gaskets and seals, usually starting as minor seepage before it turns into a noticeable smell. Electrical faults in central locking, window regulators and lighting. Suspension bushings and control arms wearing out, which shows up as clunking over bumps or a looser feel through the steering. None of these are unusual for a car this complex, and caught early, they're a straightforward job for our team. At Aussie Tune, we use the same dealership-level diagnostic gear a Mercedes-Benz workshop would, so we can pinpoint exactly what's going on before any work starts. Got a leak, an engine light on, or a quote from somewhere else you'd like a second opinion on? Bring it in, we're happy to take a look.
Mercedes-Benz uses its own naming for scheduled servicing: Service A and Service B, alternating each interval rather than a simple minor/major split.
Service A typically covers:
Service B builds on Service A and usually adds:
A few items sit outside the A/B pattern altogether, they're due by time or distance rather than tied to a specific service. Spark plugs are a good example: they're not part of every Service B, they come up on their own schedule based on kilometres.
You'll also get a short video with every visit, walking through exactly what we checked and what we did, along with a whole vehicle check-over. Your digital service book, if your Mercedes-Benz has one, is updated on the spot. All of it tracks against Mercedes-Benz's official schedule, so your warranty position remains safely intact.

At Aussie Tune, our unwavering commitment to excellence guarantees that whether you own a timeless classic Mercedes model or the latest luxury vehicle, your car receives nothing but the highest quality service.

You can be sure we do and this is why; Information is important when repairing all cars, but essential when working on later model cars. Aussie Tune subscribes to the following technical information sources; Autodata and Autopedia who offer required information such as; manufacturer specific service schedules, wiring diagrams, diagnostic procedures, torque specifications and repair procedures. We regularly attend training clinics and technical information seminars. The short answer is quality parts. We use a mix of genuine and aftermarket parts but only those that are covered by a minimum 12/25,000km warranty and which are sold be suppliers who back their products.
Give us a call and let us know what went wrong as soon as possible so we can rectify it. If needed we will tow your vehicle back to our workshop to perform the required repairs.
Our policy is no, we do not fit parts supplied by customers as we want to be able to warranty our work and when the parts are supplied it becomes messy if there is a warranty issue. It keeps it much clearer if we provide both parts and labor.
